Children’s Therapy
Our Children’s Therapy service provides a warm, safe, and child-centred environment where children can express themselves, understand their emotions, and overcome personal challenges. Using a range of specialised therapeutic approaches—including ADHD Therapy, Art Therapy, Child Counselling, Child-Centered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Grief, Loss & Separation Therapy, OCD Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy—we tailor support to each child’s developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs. Through creative, evidence-based, and age-appropriate methods, our therapists help children build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and gain confidence as they grow.
